By accessing or using picr.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the picr.app photo gallery platform ("Service"), operated by picr.app ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for an account or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use picr.app. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

3. Your Account

To access most features of picr.app, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or have been inactive for an extended period.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos, album names, descriptions, and other content ("User Content") you upload to picr.app. We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.

4.2 License to Us

By uploading User Content, you grant picr.app a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

4.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all User Content you upload. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload the content.
  • Uploading the content does not violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • The content does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use picr.app to:

  • Upload, post, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Upload content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • Upload images containing nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use any robot, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

6. Advertising

picr.app is a free service supported by advertising. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed alongside your content. We use Google AdSense to deliver these advertisements. The nature, frequency, and placement of ads are subject to change without notice.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Any interaction with advertisers found on picr.app is between you and the advertiser.

7. Intellectual Property

The picr.app platform, including its design, logo, software, and all content created by us (excluding User Content), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without our express written permission.

8. Storage and Upload Limits

To ensure fair use of resources and a consistent experience for all users, the following limits apply:

  • Maximum of 5 photos per upload session.
  • Individual file size limit: 10 MB per image.
  • Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, and BMP.

We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile Settings page. Upon account deletion, your personal data and uploaded photos will be removed from our active systems within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that could harm other users, third parties, or the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We strongly recommend that you maintain your own backups of any photos or content you upload to picr.app. We are not responsible for the loss of User Content due to technical failures, data corruption, or service interruption.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where picr.app operates.
